How do Ear Seeds work? The ear is a microsystem of the entire body, with points shown to correspond to everything from physical pain to emotional imbalances. The stimulation of specific points (similar to reflexology) can have a therapeutic effect or promote homeostasis within the body.
Ear Seeds are a safe, effective and non-invasive tool used to stimulate those points. Affixed to the surface of the ear with adhesive tape and apply constant pressure to the auricular points.

What Can I expect at an Ear Seeds Session?
Your practitioner is trained to be able to read your ear. What does this mean? The ear not only houses this complex network of nerves, but it also actually changes in appearance & acts as a mirror to what is actually happing below the surface. Your practitioner will examine your ear for such imbalances then select a variety of points specifically for you. They will clean your ear with a bit of alcohol and feel around in different areas of the ear with a probe looking for tender areas to indicate activated points. After placement, your practitioner will instruct you on how often to press the seeds, how long to keep the on, and any after care needed.
