Heavenly Hollow Distribution proudly ships within the United States, U.S. territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and Canada.
Please note that ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once an order has been released to the shipping carrier.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are pleased to offer refunds on unused, unopened merchandise within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.
Kindly note the following:
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a refund or replacement (if available). Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Due to the nature of our herbal products and sanitary standards, Herbal Packs are non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent in error.
To qualify for return consideration:
Return shipping labels are not provided. These guidelines allow us to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and product integrity for all clients.
If an error was made in your order, we will gladly exchange unused merchandise. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide:
Items must be returned in original condition with the original receipt.
Coupons apply to product purchases only unless otherwise specified.
Heavenly Hollow reserves the right to modify or void promotional offers at any time.
To preserve the serene, private atmosphere of our boutique studio, we kindly ask all guests to review the following policies. Booking an appointment confirms your understanding and agreement.
Please GPS the studio location in advance and allow ample travel time. For those traveling 30 minutes or more, we recommend an additional 5–10 minutes for traffic to ensure a relaxed arrival.
You are welcome to arrive early and wait comfortably in your vehicle until your scheduled time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and a $25 late fee, payable prior to rescheduling. Out of respect for each guest’s reserved time, we are unable to shorten another appointment to accommodate late arrivals.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a $25 late cancellation fee, due before rebooking. This policy does not apply if your provider must cancel.
No Call / No Show appointments may be charged the full-service amount prior to rebooking. Future booking privileges may be limited at the provider’s discretion.
Courtesy reminders are sent via text and/or email. While reminders are provided, it remains the client’s responsibility to remember scheduled appointments. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.
All services are non-refundable. If you choose to end your appointment early, the full-service fee will still apply.
All class balances must be satisfied before attending the class. This policy is necessary because class materials, supplies, and preparation are completed in advance for each individual student.
We are unable to extend payment plans or allow attendance with an outstanding balance. If the remaining balance is not paid before the class, the seat may be released or the registration may be moved to a future class if availability permits.
By registering for a class, students acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
To maintain a focused and tranquil environment:
Arriving with an unapproved guest may result in rescheduling.
These policies allow your provider to offer complete, undivided attention within a calm and elevated setting.
Accepted forms of payment:
When paying with cash, please bring the exact amount, as change may be limited.
Gratuities are graciously appreciated but never expected.
