At this time, Heavenly Hollow Distribution ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories & Canada. This Includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We would like to offer 100% Satisfaction. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a refund for unused and unopened merchandise within 3 business days of receipt. APPAREL IS NON REFUNDABLE

Special orders are a 10% restocking fee. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of postal receipt in order to process a refund or replacement if that replacement is available . Absolutely no extensions will be granted after the 3 business days. 

Refund is applied to the method of payment used. We are sorry we do not refund shipping cost unless item is sent in error, wrong item is received or item is damaged. Heavenly Hollow is not responsible for products lost or destroyed by a natural occurrence.

Buyer is responsible for shipping item back. 

Coupon Cards are valid for Products only. ALL SERVICES EXCLUDED unless stated on VAGARO. Heavenly Hollow has the right to cancel coupons at any time and void when necessary.

Order must be returned in original condition and contain original receipt.

Herbal Packs Return Policy – Due to the nature of the product/ COVID and Sanatory Guidelines, Herbal Packs are non-refundable unless wrong size or product is sent in error. Please contact Heavenly Hollow Distribution within 3 business days of receiving your order. We do not offer return shipping labels. Provide us with your order number, ship to address, contact name and a brief description of the problem. Order must be returned in original condition ( UNOPENED FROM ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING)  and contain original receipt.

Reiki Long Distant Healing Sessions are Non- Refundable as this is a service offered and commenced upon within 24 hrs. We take great pride and respect in providing our distant healing session and every persons outcome is a different response.
